The room was spacious. It was a Premier King Room Opera House View (i was very happy with the view!). Breakfast included a wide variety of options. The staff in the restaurant were helpful.
The housekeeping service missed some details. I noticed an essential item was not in proper condition. It was handled unprofessionally. The front desk attempted to charge me initially for it.
